>> as you know, dana, we're standing by to hear from the speaker of the house. we've been waiting for a while. he's getting ready to make a statement. i assume he's going to be reacting to the president's inaugural address. >> reporter: he might be asked about that, but i actually was down at that press conference. it's an hour later. i had to come up and talk to you, because it's so late. i wasn't able to stay and ask him questions about that. but the reason he's coming out, wolf, so to talk, see, no budget, no pay, is to talk about a vote that the house republicans are going to take tomorrow to raise the debt ceiling temporarily for three months. and what he informed his caucus about, just in the last hour and a half, is that they are going to write a budget that tries to balance the budget in ten years. that is going to mean massive cuts across the board from the perspective of republicans, but that's how he hopes to get conservatives to agree to raise the debt ceiling temporarily. >> he's got his own problems, as well as speaker. not an easy job. we'll stand
